Jamaica Rector (born August 10, 1981 in Celeste, Texas) is currently a wide receiver on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Northwest Missouri State University. He set the all-time record for career receiving yards at Northwest Missouri State.
During the early 2006 NFL season, Cowboys WR Jamaica Rector was the team's primary punt returner. Rector was also the team's fourth or fifth wide receiver. Jamaica was waived by the Cowboys on October 23, 2006 when the Cowboys signed defensive back Marcus Coleman. The Dallas Cowboys did resign him to their practice squad, where he still remains.
Before the NFL Draft, he worked out at the NFL Combine and his campus. The following are his workout numbers.
