Jamaar Taylor (born February 25, 1981) is a former American football wide receiver for the New York Giants. The Giants selected Taylor in the 6th round of the 2004 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M. In his rookie season, Jamaar had a 100 yard game against the Philadelphia Eagles. On the year he caught 4 passes for 146 yards. He suffered a knee injury while playing football at Texas A&M that lingered into his pro career. His knee problems cut his career short as his retirement was announced on June 2, 2006. [1]
