Jangalam Vengala Rao was an Indian politician affiliated to the Congress. Jalagam Vengala Rao became the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in 1973 and remained so till 1978. Rao held a World Telugu Conference in Hyderabad in 1975. Rao died in 1999.
