Jake Maskall

Jake Maskall is a British actor who appeared in the TV soap opera EastEnders, in which he played ladies' man and bad boy Danny Moon. His character Moon entered on December 30, 2004 and was driven out of the show by gangster Johnny Allen seven months later. He returned to EastEnders for a brief stint in March 2006 when the character was killed off after it was revealed he had killed Dennis Rickman.
Jake has also starred in Casualty as Paul Vessey and Scobie in Murder City.
In theatre he was Andrew in Troop and in March 2006 toured across the UK in Kind Hearts and Coronets playing the lead character Louis Mazzini. He is currently doing promotion for the department store chain Debenhams.
Summer 2006 saw Jake alongside ex Eastender, Michael Greco, in the independent thriller Naked in London [1] which is still awaiting an international release date. As of November 2006, he is currently starring as Mephistopheles in a modern adaptation of Doctor Faustus by Christopher Marlowe.
He is very private about his life. However in 2005 he came out to the public that he is gay and in a long term relationship with his boyfriend.As of 2005, the relationship has lasted 12 years and is still on-going. [2]
