Jakarta TV Tower

The Jakarta TV Tower is a tower that is under construction in Jakarta, Indonesia. It will be 558m (1831ft) tall up to the antenna. It was to be the tallest freestanding structure in the world when completed in 2009. However, after the completion of the more recently planned Guangzhou TV & Sightseeing Tower (in Guangzhou, China) that is to be 610m (2001ft) tall, the Jakarta TV Tower will be the second tallest.
