This picture taken from the Bolivian government's website on its presidents at http://www.presidencia.gov.bo/Presidentes_Bolivia/pr_Bolivia4.htm As Boliva does not automatically release photos of its elected officials into the public domain, no known free image of this person as president can be found. This image is significant to the article as it illustrates the subject. No conceivable negative financial affect can befall the nation of Bolivia by use of this photo here.
