Jahid Ahmed (born February 20, 1986) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. He was born in Chelmsford.

Ahmed debuted for Essex during the 2005 season, having represented Essex CB's under-17s team as early as 2003. He has appeared once each during the 2005 and 2006 seasons in First Class cricket, and has occasionally represented his team in List A cricket.

Ahmed is a tailend batsman.
