Since these tracks were originally released in a now rare cassette the tracks 1-5 are in side A and 6-9 on side B. Some tracks on this demo differ from the versions later released on 40 Oz. to Freedom and Second-hand Smoke:
- "Let's Go Get Stoned" contains a sample of the Ray Charles version of a different song with the same title.
- "Had a DAT" contains a ten-second sound collage intro.
- "Don't Push" is the version later released on Second-hand Smoke.
- "Date Rape" is a slower version without the horns. later released on Everything Under The Sun as "Date Rape Stylee."
- "Live at E's" includes an extra beat of the drum intro.
