It really seems appropriate with separate article for the old S-type, since they really share nothing but their name. I have merged the existing content to the Jaguar S-type (1964) page. There was also links to a 420 page, but in this case, I have redirected to the old S-type page. -- Egil 10:49, 30 July 2005 (UTC)
Minor change requested on acceleration: 'can go from 0 to 60 mph in 45.3 s' should read 0 to 60 mph in 5.3 s. This information has been published on numerous automotive review sites.
