[edit] License tagging for Image:Bionicarmtech.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:Bionicarmtech.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Edit summaries

Hi, Jadisofslytherin!

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you.

You often make a lot of edits in a row, and it's helpful to know what you did in each of those edits. By the way, if you could be a bit more careful with your mechanics, such as remembering to put spaces after periods, and spelling, that would be most appreciated!

Thanks, and hope to see you around! (We have the same interests – Harry Potter and Narnia. :D) --Fbv65edel / ☑t / ☛c || 03:29, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Spaces

Hi Jadisofslytherin,

Thisis a rather minor observation, but I see that most of your edits lack spaces after commas, periods and other forms of punctuation. This is a hassle to go back in and put in spaces. If you could be extra careful and put in spaces that would be most appreciated. Thanks! --Fbv65edel / ☑t / ☛c || 12:05, 16 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Source for all your images

Hi, I have noticed that none of the images that you have uploaded have source information on who took it, when, where, etc. I even found some non-free images tagged as public domain images. Unless valid information is provided, all the images with no information will be deleted from Wikipedia.

Please don't mislabel images. Thank you. --Kjoonlee 08:31, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hello

Hi, Jadisofslytherin, I've written you a number of messages on your talk pages concerning your edits, none of which you've taken into account in your recent edits. You also seem to consistently upload unsourced images, and your talk page is flooded with image tagging messages. I'm wondering if you've seen these. After an edit is made to your talk page, the next time you log in an orange box appears at the top of the screen informing you of new messages. It would be nice to know if you see this box and if you do indeed see this message. Because, if you do, it would be great to see you start following the guidelines other uses have offered you. When you see this, if you could leave me a new message on my talk page, confirming to me you've read all of your talk page, that would be most appreciated. Thanks! --Fbv65edel / ☑t / ☛c || 18:45, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Professor Birch

Why do you keep replacing his image with an anime screenshot that only shows his head while we have a full body image available? Please don't change it back to the anime screenshot. Thanks! -Sukecchi 18:20, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Really now, how much longer do you plan on doing this? The Game Art is a better choice for an image since it's a full body shot. Plus, the anime screenshot messes the page up by squishing it together. Can you please stop changing it? Besides, like I said. I'll just keep changing it back. So please, could you stop? Thanks! -Sukecchi 00:15, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
Will you just stop it already? I'm being as nice as I possibly can with this, Why use an anime screenshot that is too large and only shows his head when we have official art that shows his full body? Why do you insist on this? Besides, all Pokemon Professor articles (beisdes Ivy) have game art. -Sukecchi 02:20, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bionic skydivers

You have claimed to be the creator of these images. Given the fact that they are production shots, that is very unlikely. Stop inserting them until you provide accurate source info. CovenantD 02:17, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Faun (Narnia)

I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Faun (Narnia), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:Faun (Narnia). You may remove the deletion notice, and the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. --Fbv65edel / ☑t / ☛c || 07:06, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Satyr (Dungeons & Dragons)

An editor has nominated Satyr (Dungeons & Dragons), an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Satyr (Dungeons & Dragons) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it.
