Jade Nova

Jade Nova (AKA: Frankie Rayner) is an Amalgam Comics character whose first appearance was in Doctor Strangefate #1, though her first appearance was in Tales of Strangefate #218. She is an amalgamation of Marvel Comics' Nova Frankie Raye and DC Comics' Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner).

Jade Nova was rescued by Dr. Strangefate from Mephisatanus in the past, meaning that she was indebted to him by capturing Access (Axel Asher), though she was reluctant to work alongside Skulk or White Witch (Amalgam Comics). She also thought of Access to be "...as threatening as Santa Claus...", though she also thought of him as "handsome". However, Access' teleporting abilities meant that Jade Nova and Skulk were unsuccessful in capturing him.

Jade Nova has Green Lantern symbols on her belt-buckle and her ring, suggesting that she has ties to Iron Lantern, and can either use her powers to project energy beams through her ring (which she uses frequently to light cigarettes) or to envelop her body as a whole like Human Lantern.
