[edit] A gazillion things about Vergès not being Milosevic's lawyer

Your statement that Jacques Verges defended Milosevic is false. Above comment entered unsigned by 24.60.142.4 on 14:04, 11 January 2004

[edit] Deleting copy-and-paste Nazi accusations et cetera

The purpose of a talk page is to talk about the article, not the subject of an article. It is also necessary to adhere to the standards for a biography of a living person. Accordingly, I have deleted a long, tendentious copy-and-paste entry for including unsourced accusations of Nazi associations, a lot of stuff not connected to the article, et cetera. If there is a controversy, it should be stated in the article that there is a controversy. I retained the 1st sentence of the comment, which states its essence without the Nazi references. rewinn 15:44, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Saddam Hussein

The piece about Verges' role in the trial of Saddam Hussein needs updating. Although he was said to be part of Saddam's legal team before the trial started, I haven't been able to find any information on the internet about whether or not he actually took part. MFlet1 09:57, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
