Jacky Lee was an American football quarterback who played college football at the University of Cincinnati. In 1960 he was the first-round draft choice of the American Football League's Houston Oilers. e was one of only twenty men who played in each of the ten years of the AFL's existence. He threw for 457 yards, with touchdown passes of 78, 92, and 73 yards in one game against the Boston Patriots.
