Jacky Chu (Traditional Chinese: 祝釩剛; Simplified Chinese: 祝钒刚; pinyin: Chu Fan Gang; born August 22, 1979) is a Taiwanese actor and the lead singer of Taiwanese group 183 Club.

Jacky entered New Talent Singing Awards Vancouver Audition 1998 and won. He then represented Vancouver in the International Finals and ended first runner-up. He has also released a solo album called 告解 before joining 183 Club.
