[edit] Plot
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Jack helps a peaceful tribe defend themselves against attacks from a brutish neighbouring tribe. In return they promise to teach Jack how to "jump good". The lessons include hard physical labour and jumping and climbing with boulders so that he will feel light and nimble without them.
At the end, Jack confronts Aku and uses his new agility to use a leaping attack against the villain. The startled Aku remarks, "You can fly?!" to which Jack replies, "No, jump good".
