Jack Greenberg (McDonald's)

Jack M. Greenberg (born 1942) was president of McDonald's Corporation. In October 1996, McDonald's named Greenberg as CEO.

As Greenberg, now both CEO and Chairman of McDonald's Corporation, explains, "We were going through a transition from what I call a founder's company to a modern, global enterprise. There is a cultural shift from what we were to where we want to end up."
