Jack Ferguson

Laurie John (Jack) Ferguson (born 4 September 1924, died 17 September 2004) served in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 21 March 1959 to 5 March 1984. A member of the Australian Labor Party's left wing, he was best known as Deputy Premier, from 1976 until his retirement from politics, in the cabinet headed by Neville Wran.
