Jack C. Collins

Jack Charles Collins (born January 5, 1930) is a former Australian rules footballer.

He was characterized for his high marking and was a prominent goalkicker in his role up forward for his team, Footscray, so much so that he earned the nickname "Hollywood". He was part of the Bulldogs' only premiership team in 1954, captained by Charlie Sutton, booting a then-record in a Grand Final of 7 goals in the 1954 Grand Final. In 2005, Collins appears from time to time on SEN 1116's radio show The Wonder Years reminiscing about his past glories.
