Jack Bentley was born 17th February 1942 in Liverpool and was a professional footballer.

He played outside right and started his career at Everton making only one league appearance in the 1960/61 season. He moved to Stockport County for the 61/62 season and made 49 appearances over the next two years scoring 5 goals.
