Air Marshal Sir John Eustice Arthur Baldwin KBE CB DSO DL RAF (April 13, 1892 – July 28, 1975).
- 1939 August 29 Air Office Commanding No. 3 Group RAF Bomber Command
- 1942 January 9 – 1942 February 21 Acting Commander In Chief, Bomber Command. During his brief tenure that the Channel Dash occurred, when the Scharnhorst and Gneisenau escaped from the French port of Brest and fled up the English Channel to the sanctuary of Kiel harbour in northern Germany.
- 1942 October 9 Deputy Air Office Commander in Chief, India.
- 1943 November 16 Air Officer Commanding RAF Third Tactical Air Force
