Jablanica, Republic of Macedonia

Jablanica (Macedonian cyrillic: Јабланица) is a mountain in the Republic of Macedonia. One part of the mountain lies in Albania. The mountain ridge is higher than 2,000 m for approximately 50 km, while the highest part, located in its very center, is 2,257 m high. The mountain can be reached from the Vevcani village that is located at the foot of the mountain, 14 kilometres away from the Lake Ohrid and the town of Struga.
