The J.O.B. Squad was a tongue-in-cheek professional wrestling stable of wrestlers that before this push, often saw themselves perennially on the losing end of matches as jobbers for established or up-and-coming wrestlers. They usually came to the ring wearing t-shirts which variously bore the slogans "Pin me, pay me" or "J.O.B. Squad; 1-2-3 4-life" on the front, with "Being entertaining isn't in my JOB description" on the back. The group was led by Al Snow, who still uses the gimmick in a small way. Other members of the group included Duane Gill, Blue Meanie, Bob Holly, 2 Cold Scorpio and occasionally Terry Funk or Mick Foley.
The JOB Squad's logo was a parody of the one utilized by the nWo.
