J. Loren Wince is the lead vocalist, violinist and guitarist for the American rock band Hurt. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 25, 1981. A Virginia native, he lived in the remote regions of Halifax, VA and later relocated to Culpeper, VA enrolling at Germanna Community College at the age of 14. He cites Antonio Vivaldi as his idol and greatest influence.
