J.J. Moses (born September 12, 1979 in Waterloo, Iowa) is an American football wide receiver. His primary roles were as kick returner and punt returner. He also played in the European league, where he was the #1 punt returner for the season. He previously played for the Houston Texans and the Green Bay Packers, mostly on special teams. He was an undrafted free agent out of Iowa State University who played his high school football at Waterloo East High School.
