J-Roc is a character on the Canadian TV show Trailer Park Boys, played by comedian Jonathan Torrens. The character J-Roc is based on real life Calgary "rapper" and living joke, IP.

Born in 1981, J-Roc is a rapper who lived with his mother until she moved to Moncton. After she moved out he turned the living room into a studio and recording booth. Often mistaken as an Eminem wanna-be, he speaks in Ebonics and very frequently asks "gnome sane'?" (Know what I'm saying?) He often helps Ricky and Julian out. He also occasionally makes forays into the amateur international porn market with mostly success. His titles to date are the low-budget movies, "From Russia With the Love Bone", "The Bare Pimp Project" and "J-Roc's Greasy Trailer Park Girls Gone Wild". His real name is Jamie.

In the episode Who's the Microphone Assassin?, it is explored that J-Roc, and even people around him, forget that he's white. In the same episode, J-Roc was caught masturbating. In Trailer Park Boys Christmas Special, which takes place in 1997, J-Roc is a high school graduate and speaks very plainly, professing that he had never smoked marijuana up to that point in time. When the power goes out in the park, he decides to get high on it, thus making the transition to J-Roc. His crew and partners in crime are Tyrone and DVS (Detroit Velvet Smooth).

As of the season six finale, he is about to become a proud father of two babies, mothered by two separate young women whom he affectionately refers to as "my babies' mamas." As a result, he has decided to step out of the rap game to support them.
