Jędrzejów

Jędrzejów (
listen) is a town in Poland. Located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, about 35 km southwest of Kielce, it is the capital of Jędrzejów County. It has 18,069 inhabitants (2002).
Jędrzejów has one hotel which doubles as student accommodation.
Jędrzejów is famous for its clock museum.
Close to Jędrzejów Dworzec PKP (the standard-gauge railway station) is the narrow-gauge station where a 750mm-gauge line runs to Pińczów (part of a once extensive network of narrow-gauge railways in the region). There used to be an interchange with the standard-gauge line, and there are still remains of a turning triangle in the yards of both stations.
