Jürg Kreienbühl, b August 12th, 1932, Basel, is a swiss and french painter.

After a debut as a scientist, Jürg Kreienbühl decided to be a painter. His work consists in a realistic painting in the maneer of the XIXth century's masters such as Gustave Caillebotte. His subjects are contemporary : modern buildings, poor suburbs of Paris, etc.
