Józef Wandzik is a Polish association football player, in the goalkeeper position. He was born in Tarnowskie Góry on August 13, 1963.

He won 52 caps for the Poland national football team, the first coming on 9/12/1985 against Tunisia, and the last on 25/4/1995 against Israel.

Wandzik began his career at Ruch Chorzów before transferring to rival club Górnik Zabrze. His reliability earned him a transfer to Greek club Panathinaikos FC in the summer of 1990.
