Józef Pukowiec codename: Chmura, Pukoc (b. September 14, 1904 in Świętochłowice - August 14, 1942 in Katowice) was a Polish teacher, Scoutmaster (harcmistrz) and Polish resistance activist during the Second World War.

Pukowiec was since 1927 Scoutmaster of the hufiec of Rybnik, since 1939 scoutmaster of the "Silesian Banner ZHP".

He was arrested in 1940 and imprisoned in the German concentration camp Auschwitz, later transported to a prison in Katowice, tortured and murdered.
