Izumi Ōgami (大神いずみ?)is a Japanese announcer and seiyu, born on June 10, 1969. She voices Kagura in the original Japanese Version of InuYasha. Kagura is her debut role. She previously was the female chairperson in Boys Be.... She is also working as an announcer for Nihon TV.

Variant spellings of her name include Izumi Oogami, Izumi Ohgami, or Izumi Ogami.
