I don't think any construction has taken place. The project may have been cancelled. I have been unable to find any information about this bridge and have posted a request at WikiProject Turkey requesting assistance. -- Samuel Wantman 22:12, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Suspension bridge for Izmit Bay
