Iwamizawa, Hokkaidō

Iwamizawa (岩見沢市; -shi) is a city located in Sorachi, Hokkaido, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 83,768 and the density of 409.14 persons per km². The total area is 204.74 km².

The city was founded on April 1, 1943.
