Iwade

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Iwade is a small village next to the town of Sittingbourne in Kent, England.

It is currently being developed with a lot of new housing and shops.

It is widely said that the village got its name because of the frequent flooding that would occur, but this is possibly apocryphal.

It also features the speedway team Sittingbourne Crusaders who race in the third tier of the British Leagues.
