Ivy Baker Priest

Ivy Baker Priest (September 7, 1905-June 23, 1975) was a politician. She served as United States Treasurer, January 28, 1953 - January 29, 1961. She later became California State Treasurer for two terms, 1967-1975. She ran for congress in Utah under the Republican ticket in 1934 and 1950, but lost both times. She is the mother of Pat Priest, an actress most famous for playing Marilyn Munster in the 1960's television show The Munsters.
