Ivan Skobrev (born February 8, 1983) is a Russian speed skater who is specialized in allrounding.
During the 2006 European Championships he finished in fifth place.
He qualified for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin in four distances. He became eleventh in the 5,000 meters, sixth in the 1,500 and 10,000 meters and fifth in the team pursuit.
He currently holds the 10th place on the Adelskalender, having been ranked 9th at one point, and is the highest ranked Russian on the list.
