Ivan Radeljić (born 14 September 1980 in Imotski, Croatia) is a Croatian-born Bosnia and Herzegovina international football player. He currently plays for NK Slaven Belupo in the Croatian First League.

He received first call up from Bosnia and Herzegovina against Norway, March, 2007, the first match of coach Fuad Muzurović.
He made his debut at that match as replacement for Safet Nadarević.
