An Italian soda is a drink made from carbonated water, often club soda, and flavored syrup. In some locales, milk or cream is added, with a dollop of whipped cream on top. An Italian Soda with cream added is called an Italian Cremosa. Sprite is also a good mixer. 2 parts soda water, 1 part Sprite.
