"It's a Mannequin's World" is an episode of Hannah Montana.

Miley's dad is shopping for her birthday, which is coming; the problem is that he picks out clothes that Miley hates. In order to get the present that she wants, Miley convinces Lilly to go to the store with Miley's dad and get what she wants while her dad is there.

After Lilly was able to convince Miley's dad to get a jacket that Miley wants, she finds out her dad switched the jacket at the last-minute with an embarrassing cat sweater and wears the cat sweater at her birthday party to make her dad proud. Amber and Ashley eventually took a picture of Miley, in the sweater, to embarrass Miley and put the picture in the school's yearbook.

In the subplot, Jackson had to bring Miley's birthday cake to the party, successfully. He messed up the last two cakes he had gotten for Miley because of a pelican eating the cakes. Eventually, he tries to bake a cake, but failed. It was that time when Cooper admits to him that he can bake and makes a cake, to help Jackson.

When Jackson and Cooper bring out the cake, they accidentally drop the cake on Amber and Ashley. Then Miley's dad takes a picture of Amber and Ashley, which still has cake on them, and blackmails them with the picture in exchange for the picture of Miley in the cat sweater. In the end, it turns out Oliver has the exact same shirt, but with a dog on it and they put on a silly little musical to "Jingle Bells" at the end using the sweaters, which Miley's security guard loves, but bores everyone else.

• The episode title refers to James Brown's song It's a Man's World
• This is the first episode the Hannah's body guard Roxy appears in.
• The little girl who wears the braces and gets scared by the Hannah Montana mannequin is Noah Lindsey Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus's youngest daughter and Miley Cyrus's little sister, who also appears in some other episodes of the show.
• When Robby accidentally hurts his back from doing the limbo, he yells, "My achy breaky back!" It refers to Billy Ray Cyrus (who plays Robby)'s song, "Achy Breaky Heart."
• This episode marks another of Lilly's disguises alongside Miley's disguise as Hannah Montana. This time her hair is purple. Lilly keeps using different colored wigs for Lola (red, lavender, light blue, and coming soon, orange).
• One of the choices on Worst Birthday Blow-Out on Disney Channel New Year Sing-Along Bowl-Athon.
• The cover that Hannah Montana is on inside Miley's closet is the same magazine that Jesse McCartney is on in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody episode Rock Star in the House
• The part where Cooper reveals his secret love of baking is simailler to that of Zeke from High School Musical
