It's Raining, It's Pouring is the 14th episode in season 3 in the Barney & Friends television show which airs on the Public Broadcasting Service. The episode features Bob West as the voice of Barney, West was featured on the show from 1992 - 2001.

It's raining outside today, so the kids are inside playing when the author, Tomie dePaola comes to visit. Tomie likes to draw pictures of his favorite things, and the kids share what they like to do on a rainy day.
