It's Not Such a Bad Job After All is an episode of the long-running British police drama The Bill, broadcast on the ITV Network. This episode is number five of season one.

The discovery of an apparent suicide of a young teenage girl leads DI Galloway to a sting operation of a dodgy porn movie company, who had exploited the girl and led her to taking her life. Meanwhile, suffering from the unwarranted abuse of the DI, WPC Ackland briefly considers resigning, until Sergeant Cryer talks her out of it.

  • The leering videoshop owner is played by actor John Savident, for the last ten years famous for playing the role of Fred Elliot in the long running British soap opera Coronation Street. He has also appeared on such programmes as Blake's 7 (twice) and Doctor Who.
