Israeli Film Academy

The Israeli Film Academy or Tekes Halukat Prasei Ha'Akademia Ha'Israelit Le'Kolnoah is Israel's only award event in the film and television industry.

It was first held in 1982 with the first award being presented to director Shimon Dotan for the film Tzlila Chozeret but has since been held annually since 1991.
