Israeli Coastal Plain

The Israeli Coastal Plain (Hebrew: מישור החוף, Mishor HaHof) is a name to the flat and low-lying narrow strip around the Mediterranean Sea.
About 70% of Israel's population lives in the coastal plain, it is the most predominatly Jewish part of the country.
It includes the following geographical regions (from north to south):
- Western Galilee - (Rosh HaNikra - Haifa)
- Hof HaCarmel - (Haifa - Zikhron Ya'aqov)
- HaSharon - (Zikhron Ya'aqov - Tel Aviv)
- Judea Coastal Plain - (Tel Aviv - Gaza)
- Gaza Coastal Plain - (Gaza - Egyptian border)
The Israeli coastal plain has sandy beaches and moderate-warm climate.
