Isono Kazumasa (磯野員昌?) (1534-1583) was an officer under the Azai clan.

During the Battle of Anegawa, Kazumasa served as a commander in the frontlines, but when the tides of battle changed due to the sudden movements of the Oda, Kazumasa escaped to his main castle. Eventually Kazumasa surrendered to the likes of Oda Nobunaga.
