Ismail Semed

Ismail Semed was allegedly a founding member of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement, a militant organization affiliated with Al-Qaeda.[1]

A Chinese court found Semed guilty of separatism for involvement in the ETIM and sentenced him to death. The government executed him on 9 February 2007.[1]
