"The town is still incorporated, although the "residents" are very secretive, and the Miami Herald has speculated that no one actually resides there." Actually, as the entire island is part of the Biscayne National Monument, the only residents would be Park Rangers and other employees. --Emb021 20:00, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
The Ragged Keys are included in Biscayne National Park and also in the city of Islandia. (Zip 33035.) Ragged Key III is the only privately owned island in the Park and has a population of two people, (caretakers,) and two dogs.--67.142.130.48
My Grand Uncle Luther Brooks (1908-1988) was the first mayor and only resident of Islandia, Florida. He wanted to develop the city, but was not sucessful. He fell in love with Miami Hearld reporter Juanita Green while she was investigating his involvement in the project. - James Anthony Leone (1970 - )--64.171.164.42
