The admin who closed the discussion at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Portal:Isle of Man wishes to have this portal merged into the UK Portal or moved it to user space. I consider both these outcomes to be unacceptable. The I of M is not part of the UK. I have removed the boxes that merely contain redlinks as this was given as one reason for deletion. They can of course always be put back in if people are prepared to write the required sub-article. There seems to be plenty of articles about the Isle of Man. Is nobody willing to maintain this Portal? --Bduke 21:14, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
