"Island Of Lost Souls/Dragonfly" is the first single released from The Hunter by American punk band Blondie (band). The success of the reggae hit "The Tide Is High" encouraged Blondie to write another reggae song, however the band had come under scrutiny and they were unable to revive the success of the previous album.[1] The result was that "Island of Lost Souls" peaked at #37 in the Billboard Hot 100, however managed to do reasonable in the United Kingdom where it peaked at #11 in the UK Singles chart[2] and was their last hit before their reunion 17 years later in 1999 with Maria.
