Isla Colon is the main island in the group of islands known as Bocas del Toro. It is the island containing the town of Bocas which has the airport that one would fly into when arriving in 'Bocas del Toro'.

There are hotels, restaurants, night clubs, real estate agents and residential homes in Isla Colon. It is one of the only islands in the region with a regular power supply.

Isla Colon is a boating community. To get to all the other islands you will either need your own boat, or rent a 'boat taxi'.
