Ishinomaki Station (石巻駅 Ishinomaki eki?) is a JR East railway station located in Ishinomaki, Miyagi, Japan.

- October 28, 1912: Ishinomaki Station begins operation on what would become the Ishinomaki Line.
- November 22, 1928: Miyaden-Ishinomaki Station in opened, serving the Miyagi Electric Railway (previous name of the Senseki Line)
- May 1, 1944: Miyagi Electric Railway is acquired by Japan National Railway, and Miyaden-Ishinomaki Station is renamed Ishinomaki Station, resulting in two nearby stations named Ishinomaki Station.
- July 21, 1990: The Senseki Line and Ishinomaki Line are joined together in a single Ishinomaki Station.
