Isam al-Qadi

'Isam al-Qadi' is a Palestinian Ba'thist politician aligned with the government of Syria. He is head of the Syrian-controlled as-Sa'iqa faction of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) since 1979. He lives in Damascus.
